SETUP NEW LISTING FILE:

Create listing file in your preferred software.

Add client to your CRM database.

Enter all data into listing documents and send to client along with any required disclosures for signatures (after your approval).

Order property file and CCRs (if applicable) through title.

Add listing information into the MLS (agent fills out listing comments / description) and save as incomplete for your review and approval.

Order sign up / lock box with courier and sign company of choice.

Add photos to MLS listing (agent fills out description).

Email your seller with a copy of the listing once approved and made live by agent.

Add required documents to the MLS listing such as property profile, CCRs, disclosures and inspections.

Add all listing documents, disclosures and any other required documents to brokers online compliance management software ensuring listing file is complete.
