Coordinate opening of the file with title / escrow and handle all documents accordingly.

Send introduction email providing timeline of deadlines with a copy of the executed contracts to cooperating agent, buyer's agent (or sellers agent) and buyer or seller (your client as appropriate), lender (if applicable) and title / escrow company.

Ensure all documents are fully executed and received by title / escrow and lender (if applicable) throughout the transaction.

Schedule buyer or seller (as appropriate) signing appointments.

Audit file three days prior to recording and submit for compliance review.
